Stellar Hosts for Planetary Systems Column Definitions

The following table lists all of the data columns in the Stellar Hosts Table (stellarhosts), which lists all of the stellar parameters currently in the Exoplanet Archive for stars in systems with confirmed planets. In addition to listing stellar parameter sets associated with planetary parameter sets (as is the case for the Planetary Systems table), Stellar Hosts includes stellar parameters for confirmed planet-hosting stars that are not associated with a specific planetary solution. The table also includes stellar parameters of non-planet-hosting stars in a planetary system.

The Stellar Hosts Table data can be accessed from a web-based user interface and by querying the archive's Table Access Protocol (TAP) service.

The Stellar Hosts Table is connected to the archive's TAP service, which enables automated data retrieval using queries. To build a query, review the TAP User Guide and use the database column names on this page.
